Kingsman Property Partners is seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage every step of real estate transactions from contract through closing. This is a full-time, primarily remote role with quarterly in-person meetings in the Chicagoland area.
You will coordinate with sellers, title companies, buyers, and internal staff; track deadlines and contingencies; collect and organize documents; and ensure timely communication to protect revenue and deliver exceptional client service.
