Senior Project Specialist – Real World Evidence (Sponsor Dedicated /Remote
-US Based)
We are seeking a Senior Project Specialist – Real World Evidence (RWE) to join a sponsor‑dedicated team supporting innovative pharmaceutical research programs focused on real‑world data and evidence generation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, problem‑solving, and working behind the scenes to help complex research programs run smoothly.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis position is highly focused on operational and project coordination support within RWE and Late Phase research environments. Candidates must have exposure to RWE programs, epidemiology, observational or outcomes research, and/or clinical data management support within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO organizations.
- Coordinating and updating study milestones and timelines
- Supporting project tracking within CTMS systems
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Preparing meeting minutes and follow‑up action items
- Helping teams stay organized across multiple deliverables
- Supporting operational activities for ongoing RWE studies
- Assisting with documentation, reporting, and project coordination
- Facilitating communication between study teams, analysts, and stakeholders
- Prior experience supporting work within RWE, clinical data management, epidemiology, or observational/outcomes research environments
- Experience with in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO setting
- Understanding of secondary data research, primary data collection studies, CTMS systems, and/or clinical research operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with late‑phase and RWE projects supporting regulatory purposes is a strong asset
- Experience working directly with epidemiology or data analytics teams
- Sponsor‑dedicated or embedded team experience
- Exposure to healthcare databases or real‑world data sources
- Life sciences or healthcare related degree
- Interest in long‑term growth within RWE, clinical operations, or healthcare analytics

$47,000.00 – $79,900.00 (base salary range; actual salary will vary based on qualifications and experience)
