OrderManagement Associate
The Order Management Associate 2 enters accurate, timely distributor orders into the order management system and provides order maintenance.
What You Will Do- Receive purchase orders and enter orders into the system.
- Ensure on-time, accurate delivery by proactively tracking orders and resolving issues like delays, pricing discrepancies, or part changes.
- Manage special requests, including document reprints, compliance certificates, and other customer-required documentation.
- Handle complex orders involving make-to-order parts, fiber products, cabinets, printer repairs and tools, large accounts, returns, and non-standard entries, while maintaining detailed support logs.
- Education:
High school diploma. - Experience:
2-4 years in related role with order entry experience. - Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and accountability for results.

Compensation:
The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $24 an hour. Note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
