Crezivanta Independent Contractors – Sales (Setters/Closers) & Web Designers – Remote
Crezivanta is a web design and extension agency that creates digital experiences built to last. We care about making projects that look great and work the way clients need — reliable, scalable, and ready to make an impact.
We are expanding our remote team and seeking independent contractors in sales and web design. We’re looking for full setters (who actively find and qualify clients), closers, and designers to help deliver reliable, scalable digital projects. These are commission‑only, contract‑based opportunities — not employment — ideal for motivated professionals seeking flexible, project‑driven work. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, tools, and compliance with local laws.
Highlights
- Remote: Flexible schedule
- Compensation: Commission‑only (no earnings cap)

- Roles: Setters, Closers, Designers
- Eligibility: 18+ and legally able to contract in your jurisdiction
- Onboarding: Clear compliance process (W‑9/W‑8BEN forms)
- Setters (10 openings): Find new clients, qualify them, and book calls for closers.
- Closers (5 openings): Handle booked calls, present services, and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Designers (5 openings): Deliver polished, professional websites (occasional extension work), meeting requirements and deadlines.
- Setters: 10% commission on every deal you help bring in.
- Closers: 10% commission on every deal you close.
- Designers: 20% commission per project delivered (paid after client acceptance).
Expectations
- Pipeline: Keep statuses accurate in the shared workflow
- Delivery: Meet agreed timelines
- Availability: Project‑based work depends on client demand
- Channels: Discord (account required)
- Responsiveness: Prompt updates and transparent progress
- Status: Independent contractor (not employment)
- Taxes: Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and local compliance
- U.S.: IRS Form W‑9 required; 1099‑NEC issued for payments of $600+ per calendar year
- Non‑U.S.: IRS Form W‑8BEN (or W‑8BEN‑E for organizations) required
- Agreement: All contractors sign an independent contractor agreement covering scope, payment terms, confidentiality, and governing law
- Conduct: Misuse of client data, pipeline violations, or confidentiality breaches may result in contract termination
