Remote Junior Sales Representative is responsible for supporting clients by ensuring accurate documentation of their permanent benefits, following up on inquiries, and assisting with smooth onboarding into their benefits programs.

• Provide clear explanations of permanent benefits to clients virtually via Zoom.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and Zoom.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain records and documentation to company standards.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• 1+ year of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred
• No prior sales experience required as training will be provided
• Skilled in clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational abilities with a strong focus on accurate documentation
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
