As an Account Specialist, you ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored insurance solutions and effective risk management strategies. This role offers the opportunity to connect with clients and make a tangible impact on their businesses.

In this role, you ll be the cornerstone of client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care amongst Professional Liability Commercial lines. You ll coordinate commercial lines management processes, working closely with clients to navigate complex situations and provide solutions that align with their goals. Your ability to identify critical issues quickly and communicate effectively will ensure seamless collaboration with both clients and internal teams.

By fostering trust and building long-lasting partnerships, you ll drive success and create meaningful outcomes.

• A bachelor s degree with 3+ years of experience in client coordination and/or claims management, or a high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• P&C Commercial Lines license preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing critical issues efficiently.
• Professional liability coverage knowledge preferred.
• 100% Remote position.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
