- Lead & Convert:
Capture and convert online customer traffic into qualified prospects while guiding them through New Home Star’s digital sales process. - Customer Engagement:
Educate buyers on communities, builders, and floor plans while building strong rapport and assessing timelines, preferences, and needs. - Sales
Collaboration:
Partner closely with onsite agents and the Online Concierge team to deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to appointment. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate, timely updates in the online prospect CRM and ensure all follow-up communication is handled with same-day responsiveness. - Marketing Integration:
Work with the marketing team to support campaigns that keep prospects engaged and ensure website information is current and accurate. - Relationship Building:
Collaborate with builder management, associates, and marketing representatives to strengthen partnerships and share valuable insights. - Continuous Improvement:
Attend sales meetings and virtual workshops to refine online sales strategies and contribute feedback that enhances the digital sales process.
- Availability:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 8 AM–8 PM (all US timezones); weekend availability required. - Experience:
Prior sales, real estate, and/or construction/permitting experience preferred. - Skills:
Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, trade partners, and the general public; exceptional attention to detail and time management. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with computer applications, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Education/License:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Other:
Adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
