Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Schaumburg, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation: $25-35/hr depending on experience
About the RoleCom Struct Sales LLC is looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our small, collaborative team. This is a newly created, part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact in supporting continued sales growth. You’ll support our four-person team by managing key inside sales, marketing, and administrative activities to allow the Principals and Outside Sales Representatives to spend more quality time in front of customers.

Com Struct Sales LLC is a growing manufacturers’ representative firm serving the commercial roofing market in Indiana and Northern Illinois. We represent leading manufacturers and work closely with contractors, architects, consultants, distributors, and building owners to support high-quality roofing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing & Communications:
Help develop and execute marketing initiatives that ensure consistent, targeted communication. - Create messaging tailored to architects, building owners, commercial roofing contractors, and distributors.
- Support email marketing, event promotion, and basic social media efforts.
- Inside Sales Support:
Support the outside sales team with the quoting process, including:- Distributing pricing information
- Obtaining contractor and distributor feedback
- Managing quote logs to track effectiveness and outcomes
- Work with the sales team to get information, samples, and other materials to contractors, distributors, and architects.
- Administrative & Architectural Support:
Schedule appointments and help drive bidding opportunities with targeted architects and consultants. - Assist with general administrative tasks that keep the team organized and efficient.
- Ability to work an average of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Preference for time spent in the Schaumburg office, with partial remote work possible.
- Prior experience in inside sales, marketing, and/or administrative support preferred.
- Positive, personable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with new contacts by phone.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Self-motivated problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes and results.
