- Proven ability to adapt to adjustments in process or priorities when required
- Track record of delivering strong results under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills—professional, clear, and compelling, both verbally and in writing
- Positive, proactive, and resilient attitude with problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience using or another CRM
- Highly results‑oriented and relentlessly driven
- Competitive and driven mindset to achieve and exceed goals
- Empathetic approach to understanding customers’ perspectives
- Curious and adaptable nature, always eager to learn and improve
