What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Actively prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage a list of major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven success selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets over $500M
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives using solution selling techniques
  • Strong skills in managing detailed sales processes and full-cycle deals
  • Deep understanding of AI and its application in business

  • College degree preferred
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to drive change
  • Skilled at developing and executing account plans
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing, product, and legal teams
