• Build rapport with key customers and distribution partners in vacant territories
• Communicate product information tailored to individual customer needs
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, conducting meetings to understand their business models and needs
• Develop customer strategies that identify sales opportunities for animal health products and services
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain strong focus on key accounts and drive sales growth

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% nationally
• Strong understanding of business models and sales strategies in the animal health industry

• Documented sales experience in animal health products and services
• Experience selling through veterinary and/or shelter channels
• Knowledge of biological/medical products and ability to engage with medical professionals
• Understanding of distribution partner roles and prior experience working with them
• Willingness to relocate for future career growth
