What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospect and maintain independent business accounts within the assigned territory
  • Provide service and support to all Essity buying facilities
  • Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to onboard new facilities
  • Build and manage relationships with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
  • Conduct approximately eighteen (18) sales calls per week and attend local trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of experience in an account management role
  • Minimum three (3) years of sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven track record in leading the sales process, including prospecting and closure
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 70% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the Long-Term Care sector
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and expense management tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
