• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances.
• Verify accuracy of potential insured's information regarding insurance and driving history.
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers.
• Follow up on unsold leads and service existing customer policies as required.

• Must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producers License or a Personal Lines License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.

• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and market trends.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in using CRM systems for managing customer relationships.
