Technical Sales Agronomist – Business Development

Quali Tech is seeking a Technical Sales Agronomist to drive sales growth and business development. This role combines agronomic expertise, technical sales, and strategic expansion.

Plant Nutrition / Specialty Crops

Location:

Remote (Home Office)

Travel: 50–70%

• Achieve sales targets
• Develop growth strategies
• Build relationships with growers, PCAs, distributors
• Design crop nutrition programs
• Provide technical support
• Conduct field trials
• Train teams
• Maintain CRM and forecasts
• Utilize proprietary software for nutrient optimization

• Degree in Agronomy or related field (PhD preferred)
• PCA/CCA preferred
• Specialty crop experience
• Irrigation and nutrient management knowledge
• Sales and business development experience
• Spanish preferred
