About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Development Representative with clear spoken English that is easy to understand for North American callers to join our rapidly growing dental marketing team. This is a fully remote position focused on converting warm, qualified leads into booked appointments for dental practices.
You’ll be working with pre-qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in dental services – your role is to guide them through the booking process and ensure they connect with the right dental practice. This is a high-volume, high-reward position for someone who thrives on the phone and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Make 100-140+ outbound calls daily to warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Convert interested prospects into booked appointments for our dental practice partners.
- Follow up persistently and strategically with leads through multiple touchpoints.
- Navigate objections with confidence and professionalism to secure commitments.
- Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and track all interactions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment booking targets.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven B2C or B2B sales experience with documented success.
- Prior experience in the dental field.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in high-volume outbound calling environments.
- Clear spoken English that is easy to understand for North American callers.
- Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain persistent follow-up strategies.
- Expert-level phone skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong computer skills and CRM experience.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
- Highly efficient in managing time and maximizing productivity.
- Relentless work ethic – you’re not satisfied until every lead has been thoroughly worked.
- Natural persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections smoothly.

- You must provide your own laptop or desktop computer capable of handling VOIP calls and CRM systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (wired preferred).
- Professional headset or microphone suitable for clear, high-quality phone calls (no laptop mics).
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a clean, professional webcam and background.
- Ability to work from a private environment where calls cannot be overheard.
- Available to work during peak calling hours.
- Backup power and internet solutions are a plus (recommended for reliability).
