Account Executive – Enterprise Territory
As an Account Executive, you manage a territory that includes target accounts and an existing book of business with companies that have 2,501+ employees. Your primary focus is hunting new business opportunities, building the sales pipeline, and driving growth within the Enterprise sector. You also upsell into the existing account base, leveraging our Extended Access Management platform.
EligibilityRemote opportunity. Must be based in the Chicago metro area.
Responsibilities- Field‑based sales role requiring regular engagement in customer‑facing activities, including in‑person meetings and events.
- Manage a home office primary location while maintaining frequent travel within territory and occasionally outside of it.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans, prioritizing high‑potential accounts and identifying white‑space growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to navigate complex sales cycles, often extending 6–12 months, and manage large ARR opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas and maintain high outbound activity focused on in‑person meetings.
- Identify and engage key decision‑makers within target accounts, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

Password, build brand presence, and cultivate relationships with potential customers. - Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, Solutions, Channels, Onboarding, Customer Success) to develop tailored solutions and drive account health.
- Present to C‑suite executives, articulating the value proposition of our products and services, and negotiate to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on Enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross‑selling to new and existing customers.
- Strong prospecting, pipeline building, strategic account planning, value‑based selling, and territory management skills.
- Business acumen, executive presence, relationship building, solution selling, negotiation, and experience presenting to C‑suite.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
- Resilient, self‑motivated, and committed to achieving targets while thriving in a remote environment.
- Team player eager to collaborate and achieve shared goals.
- Coachable with proven ability to apply feedback, adapt, and continuously improve.
- Proficient in Salesforce and consistently document all stages of the sales cycle.
- Experience with MEDDPPICC preferred.
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Linked In Sales Navigator, and Outreach preferred.
USA‑based roles only:
Base salary ranges between $121,000 USD and $175,000 USD, commission‑eligible, and includes participation in 1
