District Sales Manager - Chicago

The District Sales Manager works closely with the VP to execute a top‑down, bottom‑up strategy to acquire dealer‑group opportunities and capture specific rooftops within the group.
Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through pipeline expansion
- Develop qualified pipeline coverage that reflects 3‑X to 5‑X of monthly and quarterly quota targets
- Achieve assigned monthly booking targets
- Maintain a four‑month accurate rolling forecast in Salesforce
- Conduct weekly face‑to‑face visits and deliver paperwork to close business
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, competition and market trends
- Sell Affinitiv’s products and services using a consultative approach to meet and exceed monthly revenue quotas
- Travel within the assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers
- Maintain activity level of phone calls, emails, scheduled meetings and prospecting
- Establish qualified pipeline opportunities that reflect 3‑X to 5‑X of monthly and quarterly quota targets
- Educate auto retailers (new business or growth of current accounts) on how Affinitiv products or services can benefit their dealerships and help achieve corporate KPIs
- Utilize to manage and record all sales activity
- Monitor industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customer needs
- Interact regularly with Affinitiv thought leaders and Sales VPs to identify new opportunities
- 5+ years of proven experience in automotive software sales
- Comfortable with automotive software solutions or marketing services
- Experience tracking all sales activity in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- Previous record of success and excellent employment references
