Account Manager, Sales Development Rep/SDR, Business Development, Sales Analyst
The Role
This role supports sales infrastructure, systems set‑up and operational processes in a global capacity, supporting all three of Hyatt’s regions. The position focuses on tactical execution of sales systems, account management processes, market research and sales operations to support commercial success.
Key responsibilities include supporting negotiated transient and group sales efforts through research, account setup and sales platform administration. The role leverages Envision, Cvent, Amadeus and other tools to maintain account integrity, support pipeline activity and ensure operational readiness during ramp‑up and transition periods.
- Partner with internal teams including Commercial O&C, Commercial Strategy, Hyatt Sales Force and National Sales.
- Complete and maintain Market Research workbooks for account targeting and strategic planning.
- Build and manage sales account profiles, ensuring data accuracy.
- Complete transient RFP submissions and support negotiated account process.
- Utilize Hyatt’s Envision and CSM sales platforms to create and maintain account profiles, qualifiers and intelligence.
- Setup, organize and maintain sales systems, databases and reporting tools.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Maintain records of sales activity and pipeline updates.
- Prepare reports, documentation and account research.
- Provide updates on account setup progress, RFP activity and operational initiatives.
- Monitor account activity and operational readiness using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Support process improvements related to sales systems and account management.
- 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a centralized, multi‑property or above‑property environment.
- Deep understanding of group and corporate transient segments.
- Proficient in Hyatt’s Envision, CSM, Cvent Transient platforms or equivalent CRM/RFP tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple hotel stakeholders and adapt sales strategies.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility ramp‑up environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
- Experience with hotel openings, transitions or ramp performance.
- Knowledge of Hyatt’s commercial ecosystem and regional sales structure.
- Ability to work independently and in an agile environment while thriving in a collaborative, matrixed team.

Salary range: $105,000-$110,000, plus incentive awards, annual bonus and monthly or quarterly incentives. Final pay depends on experience, skill level and location.
