The Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis)This role requires a proactive, hunter mentality—someone who actively creates new business opportunities rather than relying on existing demand. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, coupled with the ability to execute targeted sales strategies across diverse clinical settings.
You will partner with internal teams to lead customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and accelerate territory growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To- Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings to identify opportunities and support the development of targeted sales strategies
- Leverage market and competitive insights to support account planning and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering clear and effective product presentations
- Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools (such as SFDC, Power BI) to support territory planning and performance tracking
- Partner cross-functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving revenue goals
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience
- Foundational understanding of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support), preferably within healthcare or diagnostics
- Ability to assess customer needs and support positioning of solutions aligned to operational and clinical priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse customer stakeholders
- Proficiency or ability to learn sales and analytics tools (such as SFDC, Power BI) to support territory execution and tracking
- Travel 50%-75% of the time
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Working knowledge of laboratory workflows and operational needs across hematology and urinalysis environments

Our remote work arrangement options allow eligible roles to work remotely from home. Additional information about this arrangement will be provided during the interview.
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $170,000-$190,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may vary.
