Reporting to senior sales leadership, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across a multi-state Midwest territory. This leadership position focuses on managing key channel partners, strengthening end-user relationships, and driving market expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with food service dealers, consultants, chain operators, and end-user accounts to identify opportunities, support equipment specification efforts, and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory growth strategies across multiple Midwest states
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealer and distribution partners
- Build relationships with regional and national chain accounts, convenience store operators, and food service customers
- Deliver consultative equipment solutions that improve customer operations and profitability
- Conduct joint sales calls, product demonstrations, and customer presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, engineering, and operations teams to support customer initiatives
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Provide training and support to dealer sales teams and channel partners
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Manage territory planning, forecasting, and account development activities
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience within commercial food service equipment, food service supplies, restaurant equipment, or adjacent industries
- Strong experience managing dealer, distributor, rep group, or channel relationships
- Experience working directly with end users, chain operators, or multi-unit accounts preferred
- Proven ability to develop territory growth strategies and execute against sales goals
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% throughout the territory
