The OpportunityWe're looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Professional & Business Development Representative to join our growing team.
Unlike many sales positions where you're constantly cold calling, you'll receive a steady stream of qualified company-generated leads from homeowners actively looking for gutter solutions. On top of that, you'll have the opportunity to grow your own pipeline through networking and referral partnerships to significantly increase your earnings.
This is a consultative, education-based sales process
—no high-pressure tactics, just helping homeowners make informed decisions while providing outstanding service.
- Meet with homeowners to inspect their gutter systems.
- Provide professional recommendations and customized solutions.
- Build relationships with referral partners such as roofers, real estate agents, property managers, and contractors.
- Generate self-sourced business to maximize your income.
- Represent a nationally recognized brand with an outstanding local reputation and online presence.
- Has a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Loves helping customers and building relationships.
- Is motivated by achieving goals and earning performance-based income.
- Has previous sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus but not required).
