Sales Development Manager; REMOTE

We are: Lead Detail, a remote lead research concierge service.

You will:

• Help us build a world-class sales development team.
• Leverage the SaaS/Predictable Revenue sales model in a 100% remote environment, solving challenges of remote teamwork.
• Train the team to understand client's needs and specifications in order to generate qualified opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with remote co‑workers at every level of the organization.
• Participate in special projects designed to better the company and product offering.

You are:

• A strong, highly communicative manager with a mind for teamwork and solving unique challenges.
• A fantastic judge of talent, a great coach, and a top‑notch mentor.
• Experienced managing in a fast‑paced sales environment, preferably with a remote component.
• Extremely well acquainted with the world of VC funding, venture‑backed startups, and high‑growth companies.
