An established and growing industrial solutions provider is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth. This is a hybrid hunter-farmer role focused on winning new business while expanding existing accounts across a defined Midwest territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical, consultative selling and enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges with value-added solutions.

Remote | Midwest Territory | 50-60% Travel

This is a remote position; candidates must be located within the assigned Midwest territory (IL, IN, KY, IA, or MO).

What You'll Do
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business within manufacturing and product assembly environments
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline with clear close strategies
  • Expand existing accounts through cross‑selling and application growth
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, material conversions, and efficiency gains
  • Conduct site visits, trials, demos, and implementation support
  • Maintain strong relationships and drive long‑term customer retention
  • Manage territory strategy, priorities, and CRM activity
  • Travel 50‑60% within your assigned region

Qualifications
  • 3‑5+ years of B2B or industrial sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Proven success in both new business development and account expansion
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, product assembly, or industrial environments
  • Experience in C.A.S.E. markets (Chemicals, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) or related technical materials strongly preferred
  • Ability to sell into technical and operational stakeholders (engineering, production, procurement)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
  • Associate's degree required;
    Bachelor's preferred
Compensation
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $142K - $170K
