About this Position
The Territory Sales Manager reports to the Vice President of Client Solutions and is responsible for marketing and growth of Client Solutions products in the designated region. The role serves as a liaison between the Primerica sales force and the Home Office, preparing production reports, delivering presentations, and coordinating product meetings and announcements.
Coverage includes Florida, Puerto Rico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas.
Estimated salary range: $100,000 – $105,000. Must be located in Georgia and willing to travel extensively, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities- Communicate with high-level internal and external company officials and field members.
- Train on all Client Solutions products – their benefits, processes, and compensation.
- Communicate product and process enhancements to the sales force via formal presentations, webinars, calls, and print materials.
- Meet activity expectations to achieve goals set by management.
- Serve as a key liaison to the field for all Client Solutions needs.
- Work closely with and support other wholesaler teams at Primerica.
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations (live, webinars, conference calls, and combinations) to promote Client Solutions and the benefits it brings to an RVP building a business and new reps making money fast.
- Provide ongoing support for the field for all Client Solutions products.
- Assist the VP of Client Solutions on projects and special initiatives as requested.
- Travel offsite to company- and field-sponsored events to present promotional and educational materials, work booths, etc.
- Grow the RVPs participating in Client Solutions.
- Grow the Client Solutions product sales.
- Grow the Client Solutions repeat business – reps doing multiple sales monthly.
- Protect the company’s authority to do business by complying with legal and ethical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Become familiar with license and certification requirements in the region for all Client Solutions products.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Ability to speak in front of large audiences frequently.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
- Lives in the territory with access to a major airport.
- Self-starter and highly motivated collaborator.
- Works well independently.
- Understanding of company workflow and overall system processing.
- Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and legal product compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level company officials, all levels of Primerica field members, and affiliate company members.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years of financial wholesaling experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in developing client and field communications and presentations.
- Experience in developing client and field training programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online systems used by Primerica.
