OTE 80 – 90 k USD (40 – 50 k base + 2 % commission on sourced new-logo ARR, uncapped | 3 % accelerators).
As an SDR you will fuel the entire U.S. pipeline for Xeotek’s Kadeck DSH
. You’ll convert a constant flow of inbound product interest and run targeted, account-based outbound to strategic logos. Once an account is clearly qualified, you hand it to Technical Sales, who owns deep discovery and closing. When qualification is unclear, you’re comfortable running a brief exploratory call to decide whether the opportunity moves forward.

- 60 % – Demand Generation & Targeted Outreach
- Work high-intent inbound leads (downloads, trials) and convert them to meetings.
- Execute account-based outbound campaigns to priority logos, multithreading champions and decision makers.
- Continuously A/B-test messaging, sequences and call scripts to maximise response rates.
- 25 % – Qualification & Intelligent Hand-off
- Validate use-case, timeline, budget and decision process; schedule full discovery with Technical Sales.
- Run a short exploratory call yourself when qualification is unclear, ensuring only true opportunities enter the funnel.
- 10 % – CRM & Reporting (Zoho)
- Maintain spotless pipeline hygiene—stages, contacts, next steps, close dates.
- Deliver weekly activity and pipeline reports; flag risks and high-potential accounts early.
- 5 % – Enablement & Mutual Cover
- Share objection trends and call recordings to refine playbooks.
- Produce outbound templates and persona briefs the whole GTM team can leverage.
- Provide calendar cover for Technical Sales on introductory calls when needed; likewise, Technical Sales can step into outbound sprints when your queue spikes.
Together with Technical Sales you form an integrated “source-and-close” motion: you generate and qualify demand; they run in-depth discovery and close—both stepping in where needed to keep deals moving.
RequirementsWhat You Bring
- 1–3 years in SaaS SDR/BDR or similar outbound lead-gen role
- Comfortable prospecting technical buyers (Data Engineering, Dev Ops) via phone, email and Linked In
- Proficient with modern sales tooling (Zoho CRM, sequencing, call-recording platforms)
- Coachable, metrics-driven and energised by ambitious targets
- Self-starter mindset; thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
- U.S. work authorisation; occasional domestic travel OK
2 % on sourced new-logo ARR, uncapped; 3 % above annual quota
