The Role:
Sales Closer (Entry-Level, Remote)

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on discovery, relationship-building, and driving deals across the finish line.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Taking qualified leads from setters and conducting discovery calls
• Diagnosing client pain points and aligning solutions with business needs
• Presenting offers clearly and persuasively to drive buying decisions
• Managing objections and guiding prospects through the closing process
• Keeping CRM data up to date and collaborating with setters and leadership

This role requires confidence, empathy, and the ability to manage a high-leverage sales process. It’s ideal for individuals ready to take ownership of revenue outcomes in a high-performance environment.

• Hospitality, food service, or customer support experience
• Admin or executive assistant roles
• Competitive sports or coaching backgrounds

Role Structure & Requirements

• Employment Type: 1099 Contractor (Commission-Only)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $50K–$75K in Year 1
• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday (8am–5pm local time)
• Location: Fully Remote (US or international)
• Technology: Must have a reliable computer, webcam, and stable internet
• Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free home office required
