Program Manager – Sales Excellence Program
The Program Manager – Sales Excellence is responsible for leading the design, execution and scaling of the Sales Excellence Program. The role will drive revenue growth, improve sales effectiveness and embed disciplined, data‑driven sales practices across divisions. The manager will lead the Full Potential Plan (FPP) and Sales Play execution, unlocking untapped market opportunities, enhancing cross‑functional collaboration and building repeatable, scalable commercial capabilities.
MainResponsibilities
- Serve as the overall program lead for Sales Excellence across NACC, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and revenue growth ambitions.
- Own program governance, cadence and reporting, including steering committees, working sessions and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering) and external partners (e.g., consulting support) to ensure execution rigor.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones and outcomes.
- Provide monthly updates to all VPs of Marketing on program status.
- Lead development and refinement of Full Potential Plans, driving analysis of market opportunities, customer segments and product‑level growth potential.
- Align stakeholders on prioritized growth opportunities and value levers (cross‑selling, diffuse markets, value selling).
- Lead the identification, prioritization and co‑development of high‑impact Sales Plays and support pilot execution through structured sprints and iterative learning cycles.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to define target customers and segments, value propositions and messaging, sales motions, tools and materials.
- Establish and track key leading and lagging indicators (funnel growth and quality, customer engagement/activity levels, revenue and margin improvement) and translate program outputs into measurable commercial impact (revenue growth, margin improvement, reduced churn).
- Support capability development initiatives including coaching frameworks and feedback loops, adoption of new tools and processes, and embedding new ways of working into frontline teams to ensure sustained behavioural change.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience leading, developing and managing products or programs in a sales or marketing environment.
- Strong background in semi‑scientific industry or experience in a relevant market.
- Proven ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives in matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing.
