Designer Sales Consultant

About the Role

Are you a people person? Do you enjoy helping others create functional, organized living spaces? As a Closets by Design Designer, you can work from home and help customers transform their homes through personalized closet and storage solutions.

• Compensation $50,000 to $90,000 per year
• Hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule
• 16‑week sales training and ongoing mentorship

• Start the day by visiting scheduled appointments (all leads and marketing materials provided)
• Build rapport to understand each customer's organizational needs
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities
• Educate customers about products and services
• Apply sales training and communication skills to guide residential customers to suitable solutions

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
• Coachable and learning-oriented mindset
• Willingness to complete 16‑week sales training
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
