• Define and execute the overall strategy for acquiring and growing Data Partnerships.
• Build, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Data Partnerships Managers.
• Establish pipeline generation strategies, outbound motions, and partnership playbooks that can scale across industries.
• Personally lead relationships with high-value partner companies and executive stakeholders.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for evaluating partnership opportunities and prioritizing the highest-impact companies.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Legal, and Data teams to improve onboarding and partner experience.

• Proven experience leading Business Development, Partnerships, or Enterprise Sales teams in high-growth environments.
• Track record of building repeatable partnership or commercial acquisition programs from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing customer-facing teams.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with founders, operators, and senior business leaders.
• Exceptional commercial judgment and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and complex partnership cycles.
