Global Franchise Center of Excellence (CoE) Specialist About the Role

You will be responsible for the following core areas:

• Prospecting:
  Daily outreach to existing accounts within the territory and prospecting for new accounts within defined territory.
• Deal Execution:
  Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle including qualifying, conducting discovery, executing demos, defining solution scope, negotiations, and contracting.
• Technical & Industry Expertise:
  Serve as the true subject‑matter expert in the Paradox product offering and how we support organizations in the franchise industry.
• Product Feedback:
  Provide commercially‑minded, "boots on the ground" feedback to Product teams to keep our roadmap ahead of the competition.

• 1+ year of related experience in direct sales.
• Franchise industry knowledge is a plus.

• Sales Knowledge:
  Strong sales acumen with previous prospecting experience and a good understanding of sales cycles and processes.
• Technical Acumen:
  Strong technical aptitude, quickly learning, demonstrating, and analyzing software solutions.

  Employ consultative techniques to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide insightful recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills:
  Storytelling ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compellingly.

Base Pay Range: $104,900 USD – $128,000 USD

We combine in‑person and remote work to deepen connections and maintain a strong community. Our policy allows flexibility: spend at least half (50%) of your time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role).
