Job Description
Are you a current insurance producer frustrated by only having access to a single insurance company? It may be time to explore the advantages of joining an independent insurance agency. Our agency partners with more than 10 personal lines carriers and an even larger network of commercial insurance companies, giving you the ability to offer clients competitive pricing, broader coverage options, and customized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
As an independent Insurance Sales Representative you’ll have the flexibility to shop multiple carriers, strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and grow your book of business without being limited to one company’s products or rates.
If you’re looking for greater earning potential, expanded market access, and the opportunity to better serve your clients, we’d love to talk with you.
On top of a competitive base salary, we offer a generous commission structure that rewards both new business production and existing account renewals. Our compensation model is designed to support long-term growth, allowing producers to build recurring income while continuing to expand their book of business.
First Year producers make on average $60,000 with base and commission.
Top Producers can make more than $100,000 within a couple years.
