Crimson Education is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Sales/Client Success associate in Chicago to be the first contact for prospective Chinese clients and guide them through Crimson programs, delivering a smooth customer experience.
You will monitor leads and inquiries, qualify prospects for sales, and maintain data in Salesforce, coordinating meetings with Academic Advisors while supporting outreach events. Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
