Description

Summary:

The CRB Treasury Management Advisor III is responsible for acquiring and developing new, profitable and quality treasury management relationships, as well as retaining and deepening existing customer relationships within the assigned territory by delivering sophisticated treasury solutions tailored to customer specifications, and ensuring all risk, regulatory and profitability goals are met. This position works with customers and prospects with revenue between $1 million - $100 million.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acquiring and developing new, profitable, and quality treasury management relationships, as well as retaining and deepening existing customer relationships within assigned territory or industry vertical, by delivering sophisticated treasury solutions tailored to customer specifications, and ensuring all risk, regulatory and profitability goals are met. Responsible for performing full sales cycle activities, including initial prospecting and consultative discovery through proposal, negotiation, and implementation in order to meet sales and revenue goals.

  • Target and win opportunities using advanced consultative selling techniques. As a trusted advisor, leverage expertise to maintain and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and tailored solutions that meet their needs. Lead the design of complex treasury solutions in coordination with product specialists to address client needs.

  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies and product structures that balance client need with revenue and profitability expectations. Manage pricing, contract and service-level agreements.

  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation by coordinating with appropriate internal partners/teams. Partners effectively with product, service and onboarding, and other internal partners and stakeholders.

  • Responsible for overall portfolio performance, including revenue growth as well as ensuring high utilization of treasury solutions. Maintain and manage weekly and monthly sales results, ensuring timely and accurate pipeline management and monitoring to achieve sales goals.

  • Contribute to high-level sales strategy and product development by maintaining current product knowledge of competitors, industry trends, market dynamics, etc. and providing feedback to product partners.

  • May mentor other Treasury Management Advisors and Specialists.

  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years successful Treasury Management Sales experience

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent high-level treasury certification
  • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) in a relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities

    Compensation Range:

    $102,000 - $208,000 Annual Salary

    The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
