Criminal/Traffic Defense, Personal Injury, and License Reinstatement.

• Handle inbound leads (no cold calling) and convert them into paying clients
• Speak fluently in English and Spanish to connect fast and close faster
• Guide clients through the decision to hire us and commit on the first call
• Use Salesforce to manage leads, track KPIs, and improve performance
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, strategies, and closing systems

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment
• Strong closer with emotional intelligence and confidence over the phone
