Remote Account Manager

Safe Haven Security, a leading Authorized ADT Dealer, is seeking a Remote Account Manager to own relationships with residential and small-business customers. You'll manage a portfolio of smart home and security accounts, drive renewals, upsell new solutions, and ensure a world-class customer experience. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you'll use CRM tools, conduct virtual consultations, resolve issues, and collaborate with sales, install, and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and small-business smart home and security accounts remotely
• Drive contract renewals, upsell additional security and smart home solutions, and reduce churn
• Conduct virtual consultations, product walkthroughs, and needs assessments with customers
• Use CRM tools to track activities, pipeline, performance metrics, and customer health
• Collaborate with sales, installation, and support teams to resolve issues quickly
• Monitor system performance and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities
• Educate customers on new features, upgrades, and best practices to maximize system value
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets
