Associate National Account Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented Associate National Account Manager who can work remotely from a home office in the southeastern United States.
As an Associate National Account Manager for FNA Group, you will report to the National Account Manager and will be responsible for developing and growing key retail partnerships within the company's consumers portfolio. You will lead our sales initiatives with our customers in efforts of growing our business. Additionally, you will interface with FNA Group Demand Planning, Marketing, and Product teams in developing selling strategies, launching new products and aligning our forecast in efforts of delivering incremental business for your customers while maintaining targeted volume and profitability levels.
The Associate National Account Manager can work remotely from a home office in the southeastern United States.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support the National Account Manager in developing and executing the annual account strategy and targets.
- Develop relationships with key customer partners across merchant, inventory, and online teams.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute new product launches, maintain current listings, and identify opportunities with assortment.
- Master product knowledge for assigned customer.
- Ability to present in front of internal and external key decision makers.
- Assist in building customer presentations for product line reviews, business reviews, product launches, promotional planning, and assortment recommendations.
- Analyze POS, inventory, market-share, promotional, and competitive data to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Partner with demand planning and supply-chain teams to ensure inventory aligns with retailer forecasts, promotions, resets, and product transitions.
- Coordinate new-item setup, SKU maintenance, content readiness, pricing, packaging, samples, and retailer-system requirements.
- usually ANAM does this not e-comm but with our structure they could support - Support assortment planning and recommendations across in-store and online channels, including online exclusives, bundles, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, demand planning/supply chain, and e-commerce, teams to deliver account priorities.
- Maintain competitive intelligence on products, pricing, features, promotions, customer reviews, and assortment changes.
- Develop weekly and monthly business recaps that communicate performance, key trends, risks, opportunities, and action items.
- Support store walks, product training, trade shows, product-walk events, and retailer meetings.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- 3-4 years in B2B or field sales, account management, or channel experience.
- Strong analytical ability, including experience interpreting POS, inventory, forecasting, market-share, and profitability data.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for retailer meetings, store visits, line reviews, trade shows, and internal planning sessions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent.
- Experience in supporting Lowe's, The Home Depot, or another major national retailer is strongly preferred.
