- Metro is seeking a driven, hands-on Territory Account Manager to develop customer relationships, grow a profitable Chicago territory, and deliver exceptional service to commercial customers. This unique role combines business development and account management with hands-on field work, giving you the opportunity to truly own your territory and see the direct impact of your efforts. As the business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to transition from doing the work yourself to training team members, overseeing service quality, and taking on greater leadership responsibility.

• Prospect and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory
• Drive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals
• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
• The installation of refrigeration gaskets and other products in commercial kitchens, mostly restaurants.
• Collaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
• Conduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makers

• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
• Previous Restaurant and/or Commercial Kitchen experience preferred
• Must be able to physically support accounts in the Chicagoland area
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience using CRM tools is preferred
• Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus
• Possess a mentorship mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driver's record
• Basic handyman skills

Competitive salary includes base pay plus commission on sales.
