This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-interested client consultations—no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom

• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options

• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally

• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication

• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools

• Motivated by service-oriented, purpose-driven work

• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required

• Must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable internet connection

• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
