Outbound Collections Representative - WFH (Must live in IL)

Pay: $18.00/hr to $21.00/hr (depending on experience) plus Monthly Bonuses up to $400-$800 (commissions uncapped!)

Prince Perelson & Associates is seeking experienced Outbound Collections Agents to join our remote team. If you thrive on solving problems, making high-volume calls, and helping customers find solutions for past-due payments, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of full-time outbound collections experience within the last 3-5 years is a must.
- Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers
- Ability to provide above-and-beyond service
- Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s, and goals
- Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans
- Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
- Accurately record customer information into their accounts
