* Overview
* Our client is seeking a Mobile Application Developer with strong native iOS and Android experience to design, build, and support secure, customer-facing banking applications. This role is well-suited for an engineer who understands mobile application life cycles, secure delivery practices, and platform-specific capabilities within regulated environments.

You will contribute to mobile solutions that are directly used by customers, with a strong focus on security, performance, stability, and compliance across both iOS and Android platforms.

* What You’ll Be Doing
* * Design, develop, and maintain native and hybrid mobile applications for iOS and Android used by banking customers

* Support secure mobile application life cycles from development through deployment and ongoing production support

* Integrate and manage platform-specific mobile capabilities, including:

* Camera access and secure document capture

* Local and secure device storage

* Push notifications and in-app messaging

* Biometric authentication (Face , Touch , fingerprint, device credentials)

* Partner with backend, security, and identity teams to implement secure authentication flows and protect customer data

* Ensure applications meet banking security standards related to encryption, credential handling, and device trust

* Support mobile release processes, app signing, and store submissions with repeatable and auditable procedures

* Troubleshoot and resolve platform-specific issues related to performance, device compatibility, and app lifecycle behavior

* What You’ll Need to Have
* * iOS Experience
* * Strong development experience with Swift and/or Objective-C

* Hands-on experience using Xcode for debugging, profiling, and build configuration

* Solid understanding of iOS application lifecycle, background execution, and memory management

* Experience with app signing, provisioning profiles, certificates, and App Store distribution in regulated or enterprise environments

* Android Experience
* * Strong development experience with Kotlin and/or Java

* Hands-on experience with Android Studio and modern Android development tools

* Solid understanding of Android application lifecycle, activities, fragments, and background processing

* Experience using Gradle for builds, dependency management, and environment configuration

* Native Mobile Capabilities
* * Experience integrating mobile APIs and device features such as:

* Camera and image handling

* Secure local storage

* Push notifications

* Biometric authentication and device-level security features

* Regulated / Financial Environment Experience
* * Familiarity with secure mobile development practices for financial or regulated environments

* Understanding of data protection, privacy, and secure access patterns

* Comfortable working within structured SDLC, testing, release management, and audit requirements

* Experience operating within formal change management and risk-controlled environments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
