Conduct thorough accessibility testing on a diverse range of software products, platforms, and web applications to identify potential accessibility issues. - Document Clearly: Identify and meticulously document accessibility issues, ensuring that your findings are communicated effectively to various teams and stakeholders.
- Recommend Solutions: Provide actionable recommendations for remediating identified accessibility issues, helping to create a seamless user experience for all.
- Collaborate Closely: Work hand‑in‑hand with development teams to ensure that accessibility standards are met and maintained throughout the development process.
- Stay Informed:
Keep up‑to‑date with the latest accessibility guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure our products remain compliant and user‑friendly.
- Accessibility Expertise: Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, guidelines, and best practices, with a focus on WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
- Familiarity with Assistive Technologies: Experience with tools such as screen readers, magnifiers, and ARIA to understand user needs better.
- Testing Proficiency: Experience with both manual and automated accessibility testing tools, along with proficiency in browser debugging tools.
