Lead Developer; Mobile App

Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Lead Developer (Mobile App) to design and develop internal and external mobile applications.

• Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter and similar mobile technologies.
• Design and develop robust .NET applications with .NET Core and .NET Framework using C# to build scalable and high‑performing solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Create intuitive and responsive front‑end user interfaces with modern frameworks.
• Work with cross‑platform mobile development frameworks.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment.
• Lead full SDLC activities: design, build, testing, and release of working software.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, review team members’ code, mentor and train junior developers.
• Adhere to development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Analyze customer needs and design, document, test, and develop software to meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Provide technical expertise on IT infrastructure, software applications, architecture, and hardware.
• Manage production support issues and communicate status and issues promptly.
• Optional: work remotely up to 40% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Software Developer, Manager Software Engineering, Technical Lead, or Module Lead designing and developing mobile applications.
• 5+ years of experience with C# and the .NET platform, mobile app development using Flutter or similar cross‑platform technologies, .NET WebAPI framework, relational databases, LINQ and ORM tools (Entity Framework), enterprise application fundamentals, and SOA with RESTful API design.
• 3+ years of experience developing multi‑layer software solutions using cloud patterns.
• 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops activities including build, deploy and release management.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
• Optional: ability to work remotely up to 40% of the time.

Compensation ranges include a base salary range of $153,317, subject to location.
