Overview
Enginee Senior (Full Stack Developer) – responsible for delivering end‑to‑end applications, system development and maintenance on complex multi‑technology platforms within assigned client groups or corporate departments.
Location:
The role is hybrid. Associates are required in‑office 1–2 days per week with remote work permitted on remaining days. Alternate facilities may be considered for candidates within a reasonable commuting distance, subject to local laws and company policy.
- Design, develop, and implement robust, reusable full‑stack applications with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Participate in technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure high‑quality, secure, and maintainable code.
- Define application scope, objectives, and technical specifications; develop and own technical enhancement backlogs and feature deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including product, business, QA, and architecture—to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate sessions for requirements clarification, technical design discussions, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Work with product teams to plan and prioritize development work using disciplined agile practices with minimal supervision.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Plan, schedule, and implement change deployments, framework upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Investigate major incidents, summarize root causes, improve detection time, and drive faster, more resilient resolutions.
- Provide release and production support, ensuring systems are effectively monitored and deficiencies are proactively addressed.
- Assess current system status, support data and information planning, and ensure the stability of the technical development environment.
- Mentor team members, contribute to setting technical direction, and lead small to medium‑sized projects as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support vendor/tool evaluations and collaborate across teams to align on standards and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Multi‑dimensional platform experience; expert level with business and technical applications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Full‑Stack Development – 5 years with .NETCore, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, Angular or React; knowledge of Java/Spring Boot is a plus.
- API & Microservices – strong design of microservices and RESTful APIs; understanding of SOA, HTTP fundamentals, and modern API patterns.
- Software engineering fundamentals – SOLID, design patterns, dependency injection, clean architecture.
- Cloud & Dev Ops – familiarity with Azure or AWS, authentication/AD, key vaults, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Urban Code, Bitbucket, Jira), containerization and orchestration (Open Shift, Kubernetes).
- Databases & Data – SQLServer, Mongo
DB, Elasticsearch; conceptual understanding of ETL and data processing. - Messaging – Rabbit
MQ, TIBCO, or similar. - Testing – unit, integration, TDD, automated test frameworks, performance/load testing.
- Application monitoring, alerting and performance optimization.
- Mentoring, project leadership, and agile communication.
- Application security knowledge, protocols and frameworks.
- Healthcare or insurance technology experience; familiarity with digital engagement, personalization and modern analytics stacks.
Salary range: $132,088 – $198,132 (based on location, experience, education, and skills).
