Full Stack Engineer; React Native​/Java

Position: Full Stack Engineer (React Native/Java)
We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer (React Native/Java) to join our team remotely!

Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing web and mobile applications using React and React Native.

+ Build modern, responsive user interfaces that provide an exceptional customer experience.

+ Develop and consume REST APIs to support application functionality.

+ Contribute to backend services using Java and related technologies.

+ Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

+ Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical direction.

+ Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance across web and mobile platforms.

+ Work in an Agile environment with a strong focus on engineering ownership and collaboration.

+ Help deliver new digital banking capabilities as part of a large-scale modernization effort.

Qualifications

+ 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.

+ 5+ years of Java development experience.

+ 5+ years of React development experience and React Native experience building mobile applications.

+ Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

+ Experience building and supporting customer-facing applications.

+ Strong understanding of modern web and mobile development patterns.

+ Ability to work across both front-end and back-end technologies.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
