MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior One Stream Consultant to join our innovative team. This is a remote position.
At MANTECH we are re‑engineering the financial backbone of the U.S. Government. We provide highly configured, mission‑critical Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Financial Close and Reporting solutions leveraging the One Stream platform.
As a Senior One Stream Consultant, you will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for our most complex implementations. You will work as the Architect—designing entire application modules, translating functional requirements into technical blueprints, and guiding a team of Lead Consultants and Associate Consultants to deliver high‑performance solutions. You will own the technical quality of the application, ensuring performant business rules, streamlined security, and scalable data models.
Responsibilities- Applying advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles to proficiently develop, write, troubleshoot, test, and document code and interfaces for financial management applications using the One Stream XF platform.
- Developing and troubleshooting a variety of components that include security models, event processes, custom dashboards, reports, business rules, member formulas, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and efficiency.
- Actively participating in various phases of the software development cycle—systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation—to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software solutions.
- Designing and creating financial reports and dashboards based on specific client requirements while adhering to industry best practices to deliver accurate and meaningful insights.
- Identifying potential project risks, providing risk mitigation options, and escalating unresolved risks to project management to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact on project timelines.
- Designing and building data conversion and data load artifacts throughout various project phases to ensure smooth data migration and accuracy.
- Continuously expanding your knowledge of One Stream through comprehensive training, financial processes, and industry best practices, to stay abreast of the latest trends and enhance your professional growth.
- Working in an agile environment, applying agile practices, and actively participating in daily stand‑ups and scrum activities to foster collaborative and efficient project management.
- Experience leading with a consulting mindset: listening carefully to what others need (client and team members) and being willing and ready to respond to those needs to the best of your ability; looking beyond the “easy” answer and working collaboratively to bring the best Man Tech has to offer to exceed others’ expectations.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deployment.
- 5+ years of relevant One Stream experience or comparable experience performing software development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
- 4+ years of One Stream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experience.
- Familiarity with C# or
- SQL experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Experience with the federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process or financial management within the government sector.
- development experience and/or experience with other object‑oriented programming languages.
- Experience assisting with ATOs and setting up Single Sign-On for applications.
- Work experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firm.
- One Stream Certified Professional (OCP).
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Frequently communicates with co‑workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
