The Fullstack Software Engineer will own all aspects of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of product features in Docusign software products. You will primarily develop customer facing experiences using React/Typescript, as well as backend API UI-facing code either in Node.

JS/C#. You enjoy fast-paced entrepreneurial environments where you can solve difficult problems using current technologies and tools. You collaborate well with other team members when brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions. You will also help the team succeed by thinking about ways to improve processes, suggesting ways to make the team more effective, and mentoring and modeling engineering best practices.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering.

• Design, develop, and maintain well crafted, responsive and modular UI, using React and Typescript
• Design, develop, and maintain API endpoints and associated logic, using Node.
  
  JS/C#/Graphql
• Build and maintain microservices and micro-frontend architectures
• Ensure that UI and our entire stack enables responsive and seamless user experiences and functionality
• Work as part of a cross-functional team, proactively get alignment on designs, communicate roadblocks
• Guide and mentor other engineers through design and code reviews

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

• 3+ years of software engineering or related experience
• Experience with React, Typescript, JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON
• Experience working the full stack in one or more OO programming languages like C# or Java
• Experience working with Designers and Usability Researchers
• Experience developing software solutions using object-oriented methodologies and design patterns
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Passion for UI with a good sense of usability and design
• Experience with consuming and building RESTful web-services, React, Typescript, GraphQL and Node.js
• Experience working with cross-browser behaviors and quirks
• Experience with using telemetry to gain insights into usage patterns and feature success
• Experience with Git, continuous integration, and deployment tools

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $ - $ annual base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $ - $ annual base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

• Bonus:
  Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
• Stock:
  This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
