The Lead Fullstack .NET Engineer will serve as a 100% hands-on technical leader responsible for end-to-end architecture, development, and technical delivery of enterprise-scale applications across Angular, .NET, and AWS ecosystems. The role requires deep expertise in modern frontend development, particularly Angular, along with .NET, AWS Cloud, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. The engineer will actively contribute to coding, debugging, code reviews, architecture decisions, and troubleshooting while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance across multiple teams.
This is a remote position requiring 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in architecture and technical leadership roles.
- Lead end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale web applications across Angular, .NET, and AWS ecosystems.
- Actively contribute to coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and peer code reviews in a hands-on technical leadership capacity.
- Design scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS services and modern architectural patterns.
- Build responsive frontend applications using Angular, Type Script, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material.
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Architect and implement microservices and event-driven systems following industry best practices.
- Design applications for security, high performance, high availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Leverage AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Open Search, SNS/SQS, IAM, and Cloud Watch.
- Drive Dev Ops and CI/CD practices using Harness, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Apply architecture and software engineering best practices including SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and established design patterns.
- Design and work across SQL and No
SQL data platforms, including DynamoDB and Open Search. - Conduct architecture reviews and establish coding standards and governance frameworks.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance across development initiatives.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture and technical leadership roles.
- Deep hands-on experience as a full-stack .NET engineer.
- Strong recent hands-on experience with Angular and modern Angular development.
- Strong experience with Type Script, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material.
- Strong experience with .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Deep experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Open Search, SNS/SQS, IAM, and Cloud Watch.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, and software design patterns.
- Experience working with both SQL and No
SQL databases.
Strong architecture review, technical decision-making, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
