This is a part-time hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, which allows for a mix of on-site activities and some remote work flexibility. As a City Manager for Soccer, you will oversee the coordination and management of Match Day's soccer operations in Atlanta. Your responsibilities will include managing teams, engaging with the local soccer community, promoting soccer events, and ensuring a seamless player experience.

Additionally, you will work to foster strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders while driving participation and satisfaction.

• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to effectively coordinate and inspire teams
• Analytical Skills to evaluate the performance of soccer programs and make data-driven decisions
• Customer Service expertise to engage with players and the community, ensuring a positive experience
• Sales skills to market soccer events, attract participants, and build partnerships
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Knowledge or interest in soccer and sports community management is a plus
• Flexibility to perform a blend of on-site and remote work as required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
