• Comprehensive compensation package including CPM (Cents Per Mile), allowances for detention, short‑haul, breakdowns, and stop‑pay.
• Weekly home time: 34‑hour reset each week with flexibility to extend.
• Average mileage: 1,800–2,400 miles per week with multiple stops; dry goods freight includes 60% drop‑and‑hook and 20–30% live unload.
• Truck parking flexibility: take the truck home during hometime or park it at a designated terminal.
• Operating region:
  East of I‑35.
