Weekly pay: $1,600–$1,850 (top drivers 20%+ earn $2,200+). Mileage pay ranges from $0.80 to $0.86 CPM plus $325 per trailer unload. Sign‑on bonus $2,500 paid over first 6 months. Annual pay estimate $80 K–$115 K. Health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits start after 30 days.

• Deliver goods to stores by placing boxes on a conveyor belt; no in‑store merchandising required.
• Unload an average of three trailers per week across IL, OH, IN, and MI.
• Drive 500 miles weekly, carrying the truck home during home time.
• Train on the account for 3–6 days, receiving $150 per day during training.
• Follow company policies regarding riders and pets (pets allowed from day one but cannot ride with driver on the account).

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience in the last 3 years.
• No history of a DOT drug‑test failure or refusal.
• No termination from a previous job for a safety reason; if terminated for safety must be 6 months with another carrier before applying.
• No more than one DOT Preventable Accident or three accidents/incidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than one major moving violation in the last year and no more than three moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Not more than four jobs in the last year, six jobs in the last 2 years, or eight jobs in the last 3 years.

This account operates year‑round and offers the opportunity to bring a rider and a pet. Drivers are expected to be in the home region but may travel up to 500 miles and usually return home at least one day during the weekend.
